Unfortunately had a really bad experience here - I think may they do some Asian haircuts well, but not if one has thicker coarser hair. Even if you bring a photo, it seems that what you request is disregarded, and they default to cutting your hair the only way they know how.

I had a shoulder length blunt bob haircut that had grown out and needed to be trimmed. I had a photo of myself for reference and said I did not want many layers. I trusted the stylist, but when I was done, my hair was too short, at least an inch more than I had asked for. Furthermore, so much volume was taken out and so many layers made that my hair just lies limp and makes my head look like a ball. It has now been almost a month and is still too short. The layers are a mess and will take even longer to grow out and fix.

Great spot for getting Asian hair cut and styled! I went for a much-needed haircut to lighten and shorten my long, straight hair, and Bill did an excellent job!!! My master was Bill and he is a real professional! He understood what I wanted, always asked me if I liked the length, and fixed whatever I pointed out. He acted quickly but he didn't make a single mistake or cause me pain. I liked the result. And it's cheaper than anywhere in Bay Area! Highly recommend!
