Good place for shopping , i was happy when I saw the mall, i was here for some backpack and yes i got a good one here. The food court is mind blowing with different options. You will get everything you want here. And just for fun you can enjoy your 2 hours window shopping here.

I recently bought a birkenstock slipper from centro phoenix mall.

After 2 months, I went and asked for birkenstock cork cleaner. They gave me a pro clean foam cleaner ( i asked them multiple times before buying ). This cleaner is not recommended by birkenstock, after using this cleaner my entire slipper is messed up.

They don't have any knowledge on what they sell. When i went and showed the slipper i didn't get any proper response from store manager. My slippers had become so dirty and sticky after using the cleaner( It turned completely black).

Bought a pair of puma - bmw slippers

At the time of purchase, did mention my feet felt cramped and sales person convinced me that it would get freed in a day or so. It's been a week or so and it's really hurting. Contacted showroom and they said nothing we can do about it.

Their job is done. Applause to sales person, never in my life I'm going back to centro

Went to centro to purchase footwear for my wife. We purchased a footwear (munrow company) the footwear cost was about Rs.2000/-. They had mentioned that if there was any issue with the footwear,they would help with the repair. Hardly used for 3 months and the strap is already loose. Hardly would have used for 30-45 days and when I come to ask for repair ,they mention only sole repair can be done. No value for the money spent. Just want customer to buy the products with no later support if required. Disappointed with the purchase.

Centro at Phoenix market city, MAHADEVPURA is run extremely well under the able administration of the store manager MR. MOHAMED ARIEF PASHA .
Appreciate his professionalism with both customers and his staff.
Goes the extra mile to solve the customer issues .
He not only solved my problem , but I have always seen him addressing his staff, gently though, about how to behave and deal with clients.
Would rate him as an excellent manager.
